Term & Conditions

1. Check-in and Check-out:

   • Check-in time: [ After 1 PM ]

   • Check-out time: [ before 11AM ]

   • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Maximum Guests:

   • The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made 6 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

   • Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.

   • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

4. House Rules:

   • No smoking inside the premises.

   • No pets allowed.

   • Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM.

   • Any damage to the property must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities:

   • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

   • Guests must adhere to all house rules and terms and conditions during their stay.

   • Any illegal activities or misconduct will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

6. Amenities:

   • WiFi ID and password will be shared upon arrival.

   • Guests can cook food in the kitchen, but dairy, meat, vegetables, or extra items must be ordered by the guests themselves.

   • The booking amount includes gas, electricity, and living expenses only.

7. Room Allocation:

   • Guests will have access to 2 rooms in our 3BHK apartment. The owner or manager will live in the first room to manage the property.

8. Housekeeping:

   • Housekeeping is provided by Banjara Home.

9. Payment:

   • Payment should be made online only via UPI to: Banjarameetuphome@ybl
